Grilled oysters, scallops, shrimp with hush puppies, sweet potato cornbread and small salad with blue cheese dressing.

We say goodbye to DHHIR very sadly!

Mother's Day luncheon buffet....beef short ribs, roasted potatoes, spinach, rigatoni with vodka sauce, chicken marsala, salad, tortellini....and for dessert - mini napoleon, coconut macaron, strawberries! YUMMMMM!! [there was WAAAAAAAAY more than this from which to choose but my eyes were bigger than my stomach! Included were a carving station, a seafood station, and a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit.]
