Yet another stranger expressing my deepest sympathies… I’m so sorry for your loss and the heartache you have and you are experiencing. I know the pain doesn’t go away but gets easier over time (I only say this because I realize I’m like 6+ months later). I wish healing for your heart.

I know this comment is way after the fact, but I'd like to express my condolences to you as well. I hadn't been on the disboards in a long while, but I have read many of your trip reports from beginning to end and even loved when you updated your personal life at times during your trip reports. I hadn't read a trip report in a while, but I often thought of you guys even though I hadn't so much as ever commented on one of your trip reports, let alone know you.

I believe you can find links to all my reports in my signature. At least I'm trying to keep it up. I also put links at the end of the previous report to the next.

No it doesn't go away, but there are comforting moments that make things better, and time heals everything eventually.

I understand. I'm continuing to write them (as I have time!) and hope to create many new memories, a lot of them with friends that I met here!
